The Fairness For Farmworkers Act:

Entitles farmworkers to the state minimum wage of $15 an hour.

Allows farmworkers to earn overtime after 55 hours when engaged in primary, or both primary and secondary agriculture.

Those engaged solely in secondary agriculture would be entitled to overtime after 40 hours.

Supports farmers with these added costs by providing farmers with a refundable tax credit to offset a percent of the overtime they pay.

Provides farmworkers with the opportunity to earn up to 55-hours of paid-time-off yearly.

Entitles farmworkers to two paid breaks when they work 8+ hours a day.
