MISSION & HISTORY.

Comprised of individuals and organizations that support farmworkers across various facets in Massachusetts, the Fairness for Farmworkers Coalition ("FFC") is dedicated to pushing for legislation that will enhance the lives of farmworkers.  Since 2020, the FFC has been pushing for the elimination of the submininum agricultural wage and the granting of overtime for farmworkers.  Led through a grassroots approach, the FFC highlights and focuses the farmworker voice in advocating for their cause.
